The official languages of the symposium are Turkish and English.
No royalties will be paid for the papers.
A participation fee of 75 Euros will be charged to the authors of the papers.
A maximum of two papers may be submitted by the same author.
Selected papers will be published in a special volume of the Geosound journal after the reviewing process.
The full responsibility of the papers lies with the authors. The selection of papers to be presented will be carried out by committees composed of experts, based on the content and compliance with writing guidelines. Papers will be presented either as oral presentations or posters.
The paper will be presented by the author. The full text of papers presented as presentations or posters will be published in the symposium booklet.
